These are the first and latest photos from the H&M and Lanvin collection.
Seeing these pictures has got me kind of excited to see the whole collection that debuts next month. The only thing I’m worried about is not being able to see it.

Last year when the Jimmy Choo collection was introduced to the H&M in Chicago it was gone within hours. They had security there like Barack Obama was suppose to be making an experience and had the entire women’s Jimmy Choo collection roped off and let people view it two at a time. I think I might have to wake up kind of early to witness this collection because this is something I cannot miss. The Women’s collection will consist of 30 pieces and 15 accessories and the men collection will have 25 pieces and 10 accessories. On November 2nd everyone will be able to view the images of the entire collection of the Lanvin/H&M collection that is expected to hit 200 H&M stores on November 23rd.

For $600 you can get some Ugly Uggs that were designed with the help of one of the most reputable shoe brands around Jimmy Choo. Don’t get me wrong I love the brand Jimmy Choo but when it comes to these Jimmy Choo Uggs I cannot get down with these. These Uggs are currently on sale at Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus.

It seems like lately we keep hearing bad things about companies struggling but I have to admit I was shocked to hear about the financial woes of Betsey Johnson. Back in September Madden helped bail Betsey out of a $48 million loan. Well as of this week its official, Steve Madden now owns Betsey Johnson. They have been friends for over 25 years but this a lot for any friend to take on. Madden has taken on Betsey’s debt and developed a plan on how she would pay him back. This decision was announced after Johnson lost their CEO Chantel Bacon because she wanted a life without work and to travel more. Madden states that Betsey is his partner and she will still be over all of the design process. Some of his plans for the company are to expand over the next 12 motnhs by focusing on shoes and daytime dresses. He wants shoes to account for 30% of the brands sales over the next 12 months.

Based on the October cover issue of Elle, we knew Lauren Conrad had something new up her sleeve for the near future. For those of you who thought her career was over since The Hills has recently gone off the air, you thought wrong. MTV has picked up Conrad’s new documentary reality show which will be like a behind the scenes of the development of her clothing line Paper Crown. Conrad states this show will be nothing like The Hills, its more about business than her supposedly personal life this time. Conrad’s inspiration for the show is the September Issue.
Lauren Conrad has also recently launched another book titled Lauren Conrad Style.

I absolutely hate the new Gap logo! Personally, I think its a joke. It looks like it took someone 2 seconds to put this together in Microsoft office. I honestly think Gap created this logo on purpose to get some much needed attention. This new, stupid logo has been in the press a lot this past week and a lot of people are asking for Gap to bring the old logo back. The new design is suppose to give The Gap a fresh and contemporary look—yeah right. Gap had decided that they will go back to the original logo due to the backlash about the new logo. –Thank GOODNESS!
